Ticket Ufenau Shuttle from Rapperswil

With your ticket, you can take the shuttle on Lake Zurich between Rapperswil and Ufenau Island. Within the 24 hours that your ticket is valid, you can travel this route and stay on Ufenau Island for as long as you like. If you wish, you can also continue by boat to Pfaeffikon and return to Rapperswil by train, as the ticket is valid for ZVV zones 180 and 181.

• Suitable for: wheelchair users, strollers, dogs (over 30 cm with a second class dog ticket)
• Bicycle transport is not guaranteed (bicycle ticket required)

Ufenau Island is the largest Swiss island not connected to the mainland by a bridge. It features a very picturesque landscape and nature that is protected nationally. Highlights include beautiful vineyards and moorlands. Popular sights include the Einsiedeln Monastery founded in the 10th century with the Black Madonna and the Church of Peter and Paul from the 12th century.
