Interlaken interactive scavenger hunt with the smartphone

In this interactive treasure hunt in Interlaken, you'll explore the area using an app on your smartphone. You'll visit the Friendship Garden, the Kursaal, and the famous Höheweg. At the same time, you'll solve exciting and informative puzzles and tasks.

With your group, you can spontaneously go on a quest for riddles. The starting time is up to you. Just one ticket per person is needed for the interactive game, along with a smartphone equipped with the corresponding app. The app guides you through an adventure filled with fascinating information about the city, fun tasks, and tricky puzzles.

The treasure hunt lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, but there’s no time limit.

Practical Information:

• Not suitable for: wheelchairs, strollers
• Starting point and end point are not the same
• Smartphone with internet connection required
• Each player needs a ticket
• The game can generally be played in the dark, but some inscriptions may be harder to see
• Dogs (without a ticket) are allowed
• Each person can choose which language to play the trail in after entering the game code in their phone. So it’s possible to play in a multilingual group without needing separate bookings.

Interlaken is one of the most popular vacation destinations in Switzerland. The location between two lakes with views of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau is breathtakingly beautiful.

The Höheweg is a favorite meeting spot for both visitors and locals. You can shop here, visit restaurants, or hang out with friends. There are also events like open-air concerts and the start of a marathon.

• A school class can have a maximum of 25 people (students and adult supervisors).
• It's a good idea to split the class into several teams, ideally with a maximum of 8 people per team.
• After booking, you'll receive a code for the game. This will be redeemed by all participants, so a maximum of 25 times. By this point, it should already be clear which students belong to which team.
• One person from the team clicks the 'Create Team' button and gives the team a name. The team members click 'Join Team' and join using the team name.
• Teams should start with a time gap of about 2-3 minutes to avoid simply following each other.
• Basically, everyone plays on their own smartphone. By answering questions on their own phones, participants compete against each other and see a ranking of all players, which makes it even more fun.
• If not every child in a class has an internet-enabled smartphone, the game can still be played. Those children can play on another child's smartphone. Each team should have the same number of smartphones. Each team needs at least one smartphone.
