Description

Your host welcomes you to his home at 19:00, in a small flat in Peseux. He and his wife serve you Peruvian dishes. The three-course menu is served with red wine, beer and coffee. The evening ends at 22:00.

Peseux is just 3 km from Neuchâtel, at 543 m above sea level on a terrace. The south-facing slope lies around 120 m above Lake Neuchâtel, offering wonderful views across the lake. The Alpine panorama makes a stunning backdrop.

  • Starter (coast, Chiclayo): CEVICHE Ceviche is Peru’s national dish (voted the world’s best dish in 2014): a cold dish of raw fish marinated in lime juice with herbs and chilli, served with onions.

  • Main course (Lima): LOMO SALTADO Sliced beef stir-fried with onions, peppers and tomatoes, served with rice and chips.

  • Dessert: Muffin, ice cream or something else...
