Self-Guided E-Bike Culinary Trail from Flims

The E-Bike Culinary Trail starts in Flims Dorf and takes you through idyllic forests to Sagogn. You leisurely continue over Castrisch, along the impressive Rhine gorge to Valendas. In the end, it’s back to Flims Dorf.

On the way, you enjoy a delicious 3-course menu with selected regional specialties in chosen restaurants. With the lucky wheel, you can test your luck and be surprised.

The Rhine gorge, also known as Ruinaulta, is an impressive gorge about 14 km long. It was formed about 9500 years ago by the massive Flims landslide. At that time, over 7 cubic kilometers of rock fell into the valley, covering the Vorder Rhine Valley with a thick mass of debris.

Due to its geological significance, the Rhine gorge is part of the Sardona Tectonic Arena, a UNESCO World Heritage site that offers unique insights into the formation of the Alps.
