Die dritte Etappe startet in der zweisprachigen Uhrenstadt Biel/Bienne. Ab Tavannes begleitet einen stets die Birse, eindrückliche Schluchten und breite Täter werden durchquert. Ziel ist Delémont, Kantonshauptstadt des Jura mit sehenswerter Altstadt.
