Description
In the Limoncello workshop in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, you create your own artisanal blends. You tour the Lemon Brothers production workshop and get insights into storage, small-scale production, and raw materials.
Then, you explore different lemon varieties and learn how lemon peels are prepared for Limoncello. You grate lemon peels, weigh ingredients, and bottle your own mixture. Each jar gets a personalized label.
The experience also includes a demonstration of mixing with sugared water. You see how the liquid takes on its intense yellow colour. During the guided tasting, you compare homemade Limoncello with two industrial versions.
