Private Limoncello Workshop in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne

In the Limoncello workshop in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, you create your own handcrafted blends. You tour the Lemon Brothers production workshop and get insights into storage, small-scale production, and raw materials.

Afterwards, you discover different types of lemons and learn how lemon peels are prepared for Limoncello. You zest lemons, weigh ingredients, and bottle your own blend. Each jar gets a personalized label.

The experience also includes a demonstration of mixing with sugared water. You’ll see how the liquid acquires its intense yellow color. During the guided tasting, you compare homemade Limoncello with two commercial ones.

1. Welcome & Workshop Tour: 15–20 min.

• Complimentary Spritcello cocktail to kick off.
• Brief tour of the production facility: storage, small batch production, raw materials.
• Introduction to Lemon Brothers: family history and the positioning of their award-winning Limoncello on the global market.

2. Discovering the Ingredients: 5–10 min.

• Explanation of different lemon varieties.
• Selection criteria and the craft secrets of peeling the zest by hand.
• Practical briefing before getting hands-on.

3. Creating Your Cuvée (Blend): 30–40 min.

• Together, zesting the peels, weighing, filling glasses and personalising your glass label.
• You’ll take part in crafting an authentic artisanal small batch.
• As you leave, each group signs the Lemon Brothers wall.

4. The Magic of Blending: 5–10 min.

• A preview of how your cuvée will look in a month’s time.
• Florian demonstrates the liquid shock live: an infusion from an earlier batch meets sugar water, transforming into the natural, vibrant neon yellow of Limoncello.
• What your glass will look like after 30 days.

5. Final Tasting: 20–30 min.

• Guided tasting comparing the homemade Limoncello to two mass-produced versions.
• Snacks included.

• Parking spaces are available on site

• Non-drinkers receive homemade lemonade
• Your personalized 500 ml bottle can be picked up about a month later
