Description
You start your boat tour at the Hotel Wilhelm Tell in Gisikon. Here you receive your equipment and a detailed introduction. Afterwards, you board the boat together with an experienced guide and paddle along the Reuss through a varied landscape.
Along the way, you can relax and drift, go for a swim, or try steering the boat. The Reuss guides you through lush scenery with gentle currents. During the trip, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature and chat with your fellow paddlers.
At the destination in Ottenbach, your dry clothes and a small snack will be waiting for you. You organise the return journey to Gisikon yourself.
Practical information:
- Bring along: depending on the weather, possibly synthetic sports underwear for better insulation (no cotton), and perhaps sports tape for your glasses

Important information
- Minimum age: 10 years (4 years together with an adult in the same boat)
- Bring: Swimwear, large towel, and sun protection
- Bring: Shorts, T-shirt, and sandals or water shoes for on the boats (probably get wet…) or dry (and warm) clothes for after the tour
- Bring: Backpack or bag for transporting dry clothes in the bus, snacks, and drinks (no glass bottles)
