• The trains and buses of the RhB are increasingly equipped with low-floor entrances (marked as NF in the timetable).
• The SBB Callcenter Handicap provides assistance for changing trains with the RhB where platforms are not yet elevated and floors not yet aligned. It helps you prepare for barrier-free travel or if you need assistance while on the go.

• Taking small dogs up to 30 cm is free as long as they remain in a transport container throughout the journey. This container must be placed under your seat.
• Dogs without a container and all dogs over 30 cm shoulder height require a valid dog ticket: half the price of a 2nd class ticket or the minimum fare (dog day pass, dog card). They must sit under the seat to keep the aisle clear for other passengers.
