Description
In this workshop held in Konstanz, you’ll create a custom bronze mask based on your own likeness. First, your face is professionally scanned digitally. The digital model is then checked and prepared for 3D printing.
From the printed model, a precise casting mold is made. Next, the bronze is prepared, melted, and cast. Finally, the mask is removed from the mold, cleaned, and refined.
This way, you combine modern 3D technology with the traditional craft of bronze casting, resulting in a unique bronze artwork.
