Your three days in a group with yoga classes and meditation begin in the afternoon of the first day and end around midday on the third day. You take part in a workshop and receive lessons in yoga and meditation. You use the evening for this and enjoy silence until after morning yoga.
You get peace and quiet and plenty of time for yourself. Everything is informal and uncomplicated.

The Senses Park is just a 15-minute walk from Ebnat-Kappel train station. A visit to the eleven stations where you can test your senses is certainly a good way to end this yoga weekend.
