Wine tour and restaurant "IGNIV by Andreas Caminada"

You will be picked up in Bad Ragaz and drive through the Bündner Herrschaft. Along the way, you will learn all about the wine culture and history of this unique region. At a winery, the various tasks of the vintner will be explained to you.

The winemaker of a selected winery will welcome you in his cellar. There, you will be introduced to the secrets of winemaking. The tasting featuring selections from the winery's treasure chest will be accompanied by natural Bündner dried meat specialties from AlpenHirt, cheese from the surrounding valleys, and pear bread – chutney.

In the evening, you will be driven back to the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for a culinary highlight: dinner at the restaurant "IGNIV by Andreas Caminada". Here, a fantastic three-course sharing menu awaits you, created based on the flavor world of the Bündner three-star chef Andreas Caminada. The menu will be accompanied by selected wine specialties from the region.
