Together with your guide, you head out into the countryside around Bern. You choose a suitable place in the forest or by the river to make a fire. Now you light a fire with simple tools and cook under supervision.
Your guide will have all the ingredients and equipment you need. He or she will also give you valuable tips on cooking. Regional products are used.
