Description
The 2.5-hour excursion starts at 11:30 am at the Kreuz bus stop in Küttigen. From there it goes to the Rüebliacker, where the countrywomen tell the story of the old carrot varieties
In addition, you will receive exciting information about today's cultivation of the special carrots. After the excursion you can enjoy a delicious lunch with a rich buffet full of Küttigen carrot dishes.
Swiss Activities Tip
Aargau is the "Rüebli Canton" of Switzerland. Every year on the first Wednesday in November, the "Rüeblimärt" takes place in Aarau. At over 140 market stalls, carrots in all colors, shapes and flavors can be tasted, admired and bought.
