Die lange, zehnstündige Wanderung führt über schmale Pfade einen Steilhang entlang. Schroffe Kalkfelsen ragen direkt am Wegrand gewaltig in die Höhe. Eiskalte Gletscherseen, Findlinge und Geröll, imposante Berggipfel und die typischen Walser Streusiedlungen auf hügeligen Weideflächen begleiten diese Wanderung.
