Further training hours in phytotherapy (medicinal plant studies). Recognised by EMR for therapists. On this herb hike, you first walk from Schindellegi along the Sihl to the Dreiwässern. Then you head up over the Stuck into the small, renaturalised moorland of Enzenau Turpemoos. The participants will get to know many medicinal plants in their natural habitats. Knowledge of plant families, ingredients, healing effects, edibility, toxicity, etc. is expanded in this way. Hike: 12 km, 300 metres ascent and descent, pure walking time approx. 5 hrs. In the evening, a free taxi ride for the last 5 km on the way back is organised if someone does not want to walk down any more. This means you are at the Bahnhof about 1/2 hr earlier. In general: good physical and mental health. Includes: herbal soup for lunch, bread, various savoury and sweet herb spreads, drinks, syrup bar, dessert. Bring with you: food for Z Nnüni and Z Vieri, comfortable hiking boots, note-taking materials. Water can be refilled at lunchtime. Takes place except in heavy rain or thunderstorm.
