Mürrenbachfall at a glance At 417 metres, the Mürrenbachfall in the Bernese Oberland is regarded as the highest waterfall in Switzerland. It rises above Mürren and plunges down the steep Mürrenfluh to almost the valley floor near Stechelberg. You can admire this natural spectacle from the cable car to Mürren or on a hiking trail in the Lauterbrunnen Valley.
