On the steep Buechberg in Thal SG, over 30 different grape varieties are cultivated. Tom Kobel grows twelve of them himself on 5 ha and uses them to make high-quality, unique wines and a few real rarities. On the basis of theoretical knowledge combined with his experience from many years of craftsmanship, Tom Kobel accompanies the creation of his wines from the vine to marketing. His work combines a passion for viticulture and respect for the vine as a cultural asset. That is what the wine lover should find again in the bottle at the end.
