About this place
The Obersimmental local museum is located in a farmhouse from 1647 that has been preserved almost in its original condition. Richly filled with antique household and religious items, it bears witness to the lives of the ancestors. Alongside farming and craft utensils, artistic works are also on display. The small medieval garden offers a selection of useful plants and herbs that were already grown in earlier times.
