The barbecue area at Horgner Bergweier is an idyllic spot that attracts visitors all year round. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the lake and the surrounding forest, it provides the perfect setting for cosy barbecue evenings. In winter, when the lake freezes over, the area turns into an ice rink, which adds extra charm. You can easily gather the wood for the fire in the surrounding forest, and there is usually enough of it. However, getting there by public transport is a bit tricky and requires about 10 minutes’ walk.
