The orientation of the newly created vineyard slope faces south and lies between 600 and 640 m above sea level. Thanks to the exceptional location of the Gupfen, excellent wines can still ripen at this altitude. The extreme southerly exposure and the foehn influence from the Rhine Valley certainly help the wines to turn out well.
