Since the end of 2021, schnapps has also been distilled on the farm in Amlikon. The hand-picked fruit is the basis for a wide range of fine spirits, which can be produced without long transport routes. On a visit to the vaulted cellar of the restaurant Friedberg, you can taste them at leisure. You can also hire the «Rebchäller». Birthday, graduation party or silver wedding, every celebration works here. If only because the atmosphere is so unique.
