About this place
The Museggmauer at a glance The Museggmauer dates back to the 13th century and, at 870 metres, is the longest preserved city wall in Switzerland. 9 of the original 30 towers still stand today on the Musegg hill. Four of them are freely accessible: the Männliturm, the Zytturm, the Wachtturm and the Schirmerturm. The wall is open from April to November.
