Many of these species are highly threatened in the wild. For this reason, Vogelpark Ambigua is a member of the EEP (European Endangered Species Breeding Programme) and supports a programme to preserve individual animal species. Great importance is placed on the birds’ natural diet. In addition, all the animals have outdoor aviaries and can choose freely all year round where they want to stay. What could be nicer than watching a parrot taking its natural «shower» in the rain? Guided tours and events are possible at any time on request.
