At Mausacker, there are 500 fruit trees, which produce around 80'000 kilograms of apples and pears each year. These are used to make house products such as cider, verjuice and vinegar. Some of it ends up in the Besenbeiz in a glass and on the plate. It is long no longer an insider tip, but the annual stockfish weeks from the end of January to Good Friday are all the more worthwhile. If you want to observe nature and leave everyday life behind, Biohof-Beiz Mausacker is the right place for you. At Mausacker, it is (almost) open day every day.
