Crémines

Crémines is a peaceful municipality in the canton of Bern, nestled in the Grand Val valley between wooded Jura heights and striking rock formations. The village has been officially documented since 1461 and was historically part of the Moutier-Grandval provostship. Crémines is known for its typical Jura village character, with farmhouses and wooden granaries dating back centuries, the Notre-Dame du Raimeux chapel, as well as its natural setting at the foot of Mont Raimeux, offering beautiful hiking and excursion opportunities.

“It was a fabulous day starting with a boat trip up the lake to Vitznau, then stepping onto the train up to Rigi Kaltbad. The mineral baths were totally relaxing, from the bubble pools to the stunning outdoor views, plus the herbal steam room, mineral pool tranquility and sauna. A truly sensational day.”
