Chilbi Wädenswil

The largest lakeside chilbi offers space for around 40 fairground stalls. There are also over 100 market and food stalls from near and far. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the whole of Wädenswil is in chilbi fever. The three-day folk festival starts at 14:00 each time. The chilbi is very close to the station and is therefore easy to reach by public transport. So it is better to leave the car at home, because you have to allow for a longer walk to the possible parking spaces. The Wädenswil chilbi always takes place, according to the calendar, on the Sunday after Bernhard. Saint Bernhard's name day is on 20 August, so the chilbi falls no earlier than 21 August, or no later than 27 August.
