When Jakob Castell first took wine over the Gotthard, Louis XIV, the Sun King, ruled France. That was in 1694. Today, SCHULER St. JakobsKellerei is one of Switzerland’s most renowned wine houses. It has its own vineyards, runs its own analysis laboratory and its own cooperage. In the wooden barrels it makes itself, the oenologist and cellar master mature the wines in the in-house barrique cellar. You can choose selected wines from Spain, Italy and France, complemented by wines from around the world.
