The POLA winery of the von Sprecher family is on Städtliplatz in Maienfeld. A gate above the little town of Maienfeld leads to the vineyard. The place name POLA of the five-hundred-year-old winery means slope or embankment. The special climatic conditions, the ideal soil and the favourable location and exposure of the vineyards in the Bündner Herrschaft, together with a strict limit on yields, offer the best conditions for optimum quality. Visits with wine tasting: our vineyard masters Jörg and Rolf Clavadetscher welcome groups of between 20 and 80 people all year round. Taste in the torkel of the Sprecherhaus or enjoy a snack in the vaulted cellar of the POLA vineyard. Catering possible!
