Description
This wine tour takes you through the organically managed vineyards in Arogno. You’ll learn about the winery’s philosophy and its commitment to biodiversity. If the weather is good, the tour takes place directly among the vines.
Afterwards, you visit the wine cellar and the barrel ageing area. There, you get an introduction to the winemaking process and see how science and craftsmanship work together. The tasting happens in the tasting room overlooking the vineyards or, if the weather is nice, under the pergola.
The tasting focuses on the Piaz Merlot. You’ll also sample other wines like Alma, None, Picaia, and Cerus. Accompanying this is a platter with local sausage and cheese specialties.
