Delete your SwissActivities Supplier account
This page explains how users of SwissActivities Supplier can ask Swiss Activities AG to delete their account and the personal data associated with it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open SwissActivities Supplier and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account and confirm the clearly displayed warning.
Request deletion without app access
If you can no longer access the app, email the address below from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject “Supplier account deletion” and state the account email address.
Never send your password, a one-time code, ticket or QR codes, or payment information.
Important: deletion applies to your entire Swiss Activities account
Your personal Swiss Activities sign-in identity is shared by connected Swiss Activities apps and services. Deletion permanently removes that identity and your personal access everywhere, not only in the Supplier app. You will no longer be able to sign in or access linked profiles, booking history, favourites, messages or other personal content.
What is deleted or anonymised
- Your Clerk sign-in identity and personal session access.
- The Supplier user record, including any password hash, and safely attributable email one-time-code records and scanner sessions – in particular those tied to the email current when deletion is requested – including station tokens, email and device information.
- Your personal profile and partner or staff roles.
- Operational records that can be safely linked to the deleting identity are deleted or de-identified, including profiles, lists and favourites, in-product support messages and alerts, transport and search state, ticket shares and personal user-generated content.
- For official Supplier media, employee attribution and stored device or network identifiers are removed when the media can be linked safely to the deleted account through its canonical user ID. Historical media linked only by email may remain; our Privacy team reviews such cases on request.
What is retained
- Booking and business records needed for existing transactions and operations. Deleting the account does not cancel a booking or terminate a contract.
- Activities and official Supplier media remain as company assets. Media content, comments, Supplier and activity assignment, and capture time and location may remain. Earlier attribution under a different email address may also remain and can be reviewed through the privacy contact below.
- Financial, payout, audit, partner and tax records are retained for as long as legal and operational duties require. Some records may retain a staff email or another personal reference — up to ten years where Swiss accounting or tax law requires it.
- Technical diagnostics already sent to our error-monitoring service are not removed immediately by account deletion. They follow a separate, limited provider retention period and are then deleted or anonymised. Starting with Supplier app version 1.4.1, the app clears account context and does not intentionally attach an email address or Clerk user ID; technical error and code metadata may still be present.
- Copies of support or audit material previously sent outside the in-product database — for example email notifications, issue or pull-request systems, deployment or audit logs and internal runbooks — are not synchronously removed. They follow the applicable support, security, legal or operational retention and can be reviewed through the privacy contact below.
- Minimal deletion and security records may remain so that the request can be retried safely and a deleted identity cannot be restored. These records can include the canonical account reference, a hashed identity-provider reference, the request time and processing state; they are not used to restore access.
Processing time
Personal access begins to be blocked progressively when processing starts; connected services are blocked as processing continues. After successful confirmation, the shared sign-in identity is removed. The remaining deletion or anonymisation is completed without undue delay and normally within 30 days. The periods described above apply to retained records.
Before deleting
First save any personal information you still need. Deleting the shared sign-in identity cannot be undone. Contact Partner Support separately if you need to change or cancel a booking or contract.
