What it's about
In his now tenth full-length programme «zmetztinne», the Appenzell cabaret artist Simon Enzler stays true to himself, while allowing artistic development, as he has always done. Simon Enzler is now exactly «zmetztinne». Too old to still count as a newcomer, too young to already be an old-timer, he stands at a decisive point in his life. He is turning 50. And because he was already on stage as a tender 15-year-old, he now looks back on three and a half decades as an observant onlooker and outspoken regular at the local pub.
