About this place
In winter in particular, our airways are put under special strain. In this practical seminar, you turn to the healing power of plants that has accompanied us for centuries. You learn how the ingredients in plants enter the body via our airways and skin. The focus is on making your own: “Atemfrei” roll-on, inhaler stick, gargling and foot bath salt, right through to soothing rubs for the chest and back. Speaker: Dott. Mag. Christoph Alber (Südtirol, IT)
