Die Königsetappe der Trans-Altarezia Bike beginnt mit einem Aufstieg über 1100 Höhenmeter zum Umbrailpass, wo ein hochalpines Trail-Feuerwerk zur Bocchetta di Forcola und Bocchetta di Pedenolo hinunter zum Lago di Cancano beginnt. Hoch über dem Valdidentro führt eine topfebene Panorama-Schotterstrasse bis nach Arnoga.
