We have a liberal understanding of the state and society. Freedom is the highest good. Without freedom there is no responsibility, and without responsibility there is no freedom. This is how we want to exercise our freedom: what we do is moderate and sensible – and that is what we expect from the state too. We tie our actions to the greatest possible care for living beings and the environment. We are responsible to our employees and to economic viability. Through our integrity, we create trust ourselves for a functioning economy, as we want it. What we expect from others, we want to do ourselves. You can only receive as much as you are willing to give – that is our guiding principle: energy is never lost, it is transformed into other forms. So you may expect the same value back as you give. That is exchange. Your contribution is the value. By making it useful for others, it returns – in the cycle – in a new form.
