In his now tenth full-length evening programme, «zmetztinne», Appenzell cabaret artist Simon Enzler stays true to himself, while allowing room for artistic development, as he has always done. Simon Enzler is now exactly «zmetztinne». Too old to still count as a newcomer, too young to be an old-timer, he stands at a decisive point in his life. He is turning 50. And because he was already on stage at the tender age of 15, he now looks back on three and a half decades as an attentive observer and eloquent regular at the local pub.
