Feldhof in Scherzingen - where do vegetables and fruit grow?

Sweet strawberries, fresh lettuce, bright tomatoes and crunchy courgettes – which crops grow in which season? Together with their children, participants go on an exciting discovery journey at Feldhof Scherzingen, a Demeter farm run by the Tschudin-Rascher family. Since the 1980s, the farm has stood for sustainable agriculture and counts staff, apprentices and participants among its team.
