In the morning, adults compete for victory on the crisp mountain course, while in the afternoon, the children give their best in the Kids-Run. The starting signal for the mountain run will be given at 9:15 AM. Top runners from near and far will compete for victory at the Lenk. Participants will tackle the route of 9.3 kilometers and 550 m in elevation difference on natural and hiking trails along the unique Iffig waterfall after a mass start at the schoolhouse square. In the afternoon, it will be the children's turn in the Kids-Run. Depending on their category, the kids will run 1 to 3 laps of 700 m each. The best runners will be celebrated with great souvenir prizes at the subsequent award ceremony. SiSa-Cup: The Iffiglauf is part of the SiSa-Cup series, which is an overall ranking of the mountain runs Iffiglauf, Rinderberglauf, and Arnenseelauf in the two categories of men and women. No separate registration is required for participation. Registration Iffiglauf & Kids-Run: Online registration is unfortunately no longer possible.
