Are you looking for an activity for a very special children's outing? Then the Freiruum in Zug is perfect for you. Children and teenagers between 6 and 16 years can really let off steam here
This indoor trampoline park offers many different trampolines and other jumping elements on an area of over 400 m2. These include single fields, jumpbag, freejump, diagonal, dunk zone, cageball, tubbling lane and even trapezes. Thus, visitors can jump around freely while practicing their jumps on many different elements. Whether just for fun or for training, everyone will find the right trampoline in this park.
Special attention is paid to safety. Only one person is allowed on each jumping field at a time. It is also recommended to wear anti-slip socks on the trampoline. These can be purchased at the reception. Checkrooms including showers and lockers are also available on site for free use.
When booking, you buy a ticket for one session. Each session lasts 90 minutes. You should then arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start.
The indoor park may be used by children and teenagers between 6 and 16 years. Children under the age of 8 are only allowed to use the park if accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
While jumping you should not carry sharp objects, such as belts with buckles, keys or jewelry. People who wear glasses are recommended to take off their glasses. Eating and drinking is prohibited in the gym.

How to get there: By public transport: 5 minutes walk from Zug train station or take the ZVB buses to the "Zug Aabachstrasse" stop and then another 2 minutes walk
By car: Take the A4a freeway to the Baar exit, then keep to the right and follow the signs for "Herti" or "BOSSARD Arena". At the traffic circle on Aabachstrasse you have already found the Freiruum. Parking is available in the surrounding public parking areas and parking garages.
