Snowshoe tour with sunset fondue Hohsaas near Saas-Fee

You can expect a panoramic snowshoe tour on Hohsaas over the Hohlaub glacier to Lagginjoch. On the tour you will experience a varied hike and gigantic views of the sunset. You will cross a short via ferrata and admire the backdrop of the surrounding 4000m peaks. Afterwards you will be rewarded with a great fondue in the snow.

Meeting point: Hohsaas cable car valley station

You will meet your mountain guide and other participants at 13:00 at the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars in Saas-Grund

For the snowshoe tour it is important that you wear the appropriate clothing. It is best to wrap up warmly according to the layering principle.

You will go on an exciting snowshoe tour with via ferrata to the Lagginjoch at sunset. The ascent takes about 2.5 hours, the descent 1.5 hours. Afterwards you will be rewarded with a delicious and warming cheese fondue in the snow

Return: descent from Kreuzboden

At 9:45 pm is the last descent from Kreuzboden to Saas-Grund. You also have the possibility to rent a toboggan at the Kreuzboden station and make a fast downhill run.
