Description
An experienced mountain guide accompanies you on this great tour on the Wandelhorn. After a climb of several hours, enjoy breathtaking views and a long, beautiful descent back to the valley.

You can expect a full-day ski tour with a mountain guide through the Haslital to the Wandelhorn!

Meeting point: Meiringen train station.

At Meiringen train station you will meet your mountain guide and the rest of the group at 08:20. From there you will travel together by minibus or car to Flacheren.

Preparation: Equipment and clothing.

For this ski tour it is important that you have appropriate clothing and equipment. You can either bring your own equipment or rent one

Activity: Ski tour.

Arrived in Falcheren, you mount the skins on the skis and off you go! Since the first meters of altitude are not too steep, you can warm up for the tour. The terrain then becomes steeper and steeper and the last meters to the summit are tackled with some hairpin bends

After about 6 hours you reach the summit and stand at 2303 m above sea level. Now you can take a deep breath and enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama. After a sip of tea from your thermos flask, you are already ready for the descent

- Distance: 10.5 km
- Vertical meters up: 1400
- Meters of altitude descent: 1400
Return: Meiringen.

The descent takes you back to Falcheren in the afternoon. From here you go by car or minibus to Meiringen.
