Switzerland is known for the great variety of activities and attractions it offers at any time of the year. Whether beautiful cities or museums and delicious food, whether hiking in summer and winter sports in winter: Switzerland has something in store for all tastes. And for winter sports of all kinds, Tschentenalp is one of the best places in Switzerland. The alp is located in the middle of the idyllic Bernese Oberland, at an altitude of up to 2,000 meters. It is the local mountain of the tranquil mountain resort of Adelboden. Among other things, the famous Bernese alp cheese is produced in this area, which attracts gourmets all over the world. But in winter people come to Adelboden and Tschentenalp mainly for one reason: to do winter sports! Because, as you will also see, the large and very well developed ski area is ideal for this. There are numerous slopes where beginners as well as advanced skiers can have fun according to their level. And whether snowboarding or skiing: here you will also get your money's worth. The big advantage of this offer is that you can simply skip the often very long queues - and start skiing or snowboarding immediately. If you are relatively new to skiing (or snowboarding), you will be pleased with the many gentle slopes. Advanced skiers can try their hand at the FIS race course, which meets the standards of the International Ski Federation, and is a nice challenge. By the way, the little ones will be able to have fun in the Tschenten Fun Park. It was built especially for toddlers, and will be a lot of fun for all children. Also for the physical well-being is provided: enjoy in the restaurant Tschentenalp various homemade and regional dishes and a glass of exquisite wine. If you're feeling a little peckish, the TschentenDom is right next to the Fun Park, where tangy drinks are also waiting for you. At the latest at 16:30 is the end of the event. Afterwards, you can stop off at one of the many excellent and traditional Swiss inns. After all, what could be better than a delicious and nutritious meal after a long and extremely sporty day on the snow?
