Program

With this ticket you secure the entrance to the largest indoor rope park facility in Europe! 5 different courses are designed so that beginners and adrenaline junkies can get their money's worth and overcome the over 40 elements.

The rope park has the great advantage that it can be visited all year round, regardless of the weather. Windless and dry, warm in winter and nice and cool in summer: the perfect experience for any season

Your climbing day starts at the converted ice hall in Grindelwald.

  • Preparation: Introduction and briefing

Once you arrive at the hall, instructors are waiting to introduce you to the safety rules and techniques. You will also be equipped with helmet, gloves and harness.

Now you can get started and discover the 5 different courses for every level. Secured you go over bridges, ropes, nets and slides. Duration: approx. 1.5-2.5 hours

Practical information

Swiss Activities Insider Tip:

Since you will definitely be hungry after climbing, we recommend a visit to the Eiger Plus Café at the sports center. On the terrace or indoors you can end the adventurous and exhausting day perfectly

Please note:

  • You will receive confirmation at the time of booking
  • Children from 12 years old (under 12 years old accompanied by an adult)
  • Bring trekking shoes or sneakers
  • Comfortable clothes and a jacket are recommended
  • Minimum height: 120cm
  • Maximum height: 200cm
  • Maximum weight: 120 kilograms
  • Parking spaces are few, parking garage available
  • Children under 18 years of age need a parental consent form
  • Group and school reservations are possible
  • For groups the park is opened also outside the opening hours

Course

The courses in the park are divided according to themed worlds around the Eiger Mountains

The Westgrat is the easiest course and suitable as a beginner course.

Mittellegigrat is a route with a medium difficulty level and already includes somewhat more difficult elements

Weisse Spinne and Rundflug are of medium difficulty. A net as well as several descents have to be overcome. A long tyrolienne stretches over 40 meters!

Finally, the North Face is one of the most difficult challenges. Some strength and courage are needed here to swing over the elements.
