First curves with a quad bike
Detailed introduction by professional instructor
Drive through the beautiful landscape of Ticino
On this 1.5 hour taster tour you will get to know quad biking and drive on easier routes through the beautiful nature of Ticino.
Whether young or old, quad driving is pure driving fun for everyone. The trendy vehicle can inspire everyone. Driving it is learned very quickly and is one of the coolest ways to discover the byways of Ticino with beautiful panoramas. Everyone who likes adventure tours should have tried quad biking at least once.
To participate in such a tour you must be at least 25 years old and have a car license
This tour is perfect for a first try out. The tour starts at the base camp in Lostallo and a shuttle service from your place of stay to the camp is available upon request. There the professional instructors will be waiting for you. To guarantee maximum safety, the instructors will take enough time to make you feel comfortable on the quad
First of all, the vehicle will be presented to you in detail. This is optionally for 1 or 2 people. The vehicles are all technically up to date. They are equipped with automatic transmission and have four-wheel drive, so you can drive safely on the back roads.
Afterwards you will be expertly instructed on how to drive the quad. This also ensures that you feel comfortable on the quad. You will be provided with a helmet and, depending on the weather, a rain cover. Don't forget to bring a warm jacket and sturdy shoes. This is worthwhile in any weather, as the altitude and the driving wind in combination can be quite chilly. In cold weather you should also remember to bring gloves.
You will be guided comfortably on side roads through the beautiful Ticino countryside. The whole tour including the introduction takes about 1.5 hours. After this experience you will feel very confident on the quad and can soon go on another tour, which will then lead you through a bit more difficult terrain.
Duration: about 1.5 hours
