Description

In the middle of St. Moritz is the "Giorgio Rocca Ski Academy", created by multiple World Cup winner Giorgio Rocca. Here children can learn the art of skiing from scratch and expand their skills in these fantastic tours. To keep the group size manageable, there are never more than seven children in the course at any one time. The adventurous snow landscapes of the famous winter sports resort of St. Moritz offer the perfect terrain for children to make their first attempts on skis. The renowned school also offers lessons for already more advanced children: there is a suitable course for every child! The half-day courses in the morning last 2.5 hours, during which the children are introduced to the skis in a playful and humorous way or are encouraged in the area of their already acquired skills. From 10:00 am to 12:30 pm they can let off steam in the snow wonderland of the Engadine and learn to ski at the same time.

Skiing safety is a priority here, so the courses also teach important conscientiousness and safety skills on the slopes, lifts and in the parks. In addition, the academy also offers courses for snowboarders, telemarkers and snowshoers, which are also taught by experienced and decorated instructors. So a complete winter fun package is guaranteed under the guidance of the "Giorgio Rocca Ski Academy"!

The ski racer Giorgio Rocca has won several medals from world championships and cups. In 2003 he won the bronze medal in the slalom discipline in St. Moritz. As the venue of already two Olympic Winter Games, St. Moritz represents the perfect place for Giorgio Rocca's ski academy. The slalom skier has an Italian father and a Swiss mother, which also makes the opening of the professional ski school in the Swiss Engadine an obvious choice

The competent ski school in the middle of the beautiful mountain world of the Swiss Engadine promises children of all ages wonderful and instructive mornings and many experiences of success on the ski slopes!
