Stroll through the old town
In just two hours you'll see all the magic of Zurich: the charming Old Town and the National Museum, the famous guild houses and Lake Zurich. But first things first. The sightseeing tour starts at the extremely worth seeing National Museum, which is modeled after a medieval castle.
This is followed by the first photo stop at Lake Zurich. This is located in the city center and is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. Passing the famous Quai Bridge and the Opera House, we continue to the Dolderbahn. This rack railroad is one of the landmarks of Zurich
It takes you to the Zürichberg quarter, a very noble district with magnificent villas dating back to the last two centuries. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city, the lake and the snow-capped mountains in the distance - a truly fantastic panorama! The Dolder Grand - one of the most renowned luxury hotels in the world - is also located in the Zürichberg district.
Afterwards, the tour continues through the university district, where you can find, among other things, the Kunsthaus Zürich as well as the university. You will then reach the last stop: the charming Old Town. Here you will also have the opportunity to make a photo stop. In the background are the church of St. Peter (which houses the largest clock tower in Europe) and the two churches Grossmünster and Fraumünster
With a stroll through the lively streets of the old town you can end the city tour comfortably.
During the whole trip you will be provided with exciting information about the history and tradition of Zurich. The tour guide speaks German and English, and audio guides are available in four other languages.
This city tour is ideal for all those who want to experience as much as possible of the magic of Zurich in a short time.
