Meeting point: Engstligenalp Bergbahnen valley station
At the valley station you will meet your hiking guide at 08:45 am. From there you take the cable car to the plateau Engstligenalp.
Activity: Snowshoeing
First up is a gentle climb of about 400 meters. Once you reach the top of the Ammerten pass, you will be rewarded with a fabulous alpine panorama: snow-covered peaks as far as the eye can see. You will also cover the last 200 m of altitude difference to the Ammertenspitz with ease. Here, another impressive view of the Swiss Alps reveals itself to you.
Way back: Engstligenalp cable car valley station
On the way back, with the help of the guide, you follow your own tracks back to Engstligenalp. Then the cable car will take you to the valley station, where your adventure hike on snowshoes will come to an end around 5:00 pm
