At 09:30 in the morning you start from Zurich. In a modern and comfortable coach you will drive over the Albispass towards Lucerne. While the idyllic Swiss Mittelland passes by the windows, the tour guide will inform you about the history, traditions and sights of the area
A photo stop will be made on the shores of turquoise Lake Lucerne. Here the anticipation of the later boat trip will increase. But first you will visit Lucerne, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. It is known for its medieval architecture, the many bridges and churches as well as the characterful alleys of the old town
During a short orientation tour, your guide will tell you more about the history of Lucerne and point out the most important buildings of the city - e.g. the baroque Jesuit Church (17th century).
Afterwards, you will have enough time to explore Lucerne and its numerous sights on your own. But the highlight is yet to come! You will climb aboard the panoramic yacht Saphir, which will take you on a round trip on the wonderful Lake Lucerne for the next hour
The elegance and stylish luxury of the yacht will ensure that you enjoy the cruise to the fullest. There is also an audio guide system that will inform you about all the surrounding castles and mountains as well as the eventful history of the city.
Once you're back on solid ground, there's still plenty of time to stroll around Lucerne. You can visit a museum (e.g. the Rosengart Collection) or the famous Chapel Bridge (the oldest bridge in Europe). Afterwards you return to Zurich by bus in the late afternoon.
