On this guided canyoning tour for experienced canyoneers, you can explore the Cugnasco Gorge and its adrenaline-pumping obstacles

You can expect a half-day guided nature and adrenaline adventure canyoning with professional guide!!

Meeting point: parking lot Cugnasco ca.10:30 am.

You will meet your guide at the parking lot. Afterwards you will start a short ascent (30-40 minutes) to the starting point.

Preparation: Equipment and briefing.

Once at the launch site, your guide will give you a short briefing and familiarize you with the rules and techniques.

Activity: Canyoning.

In the Cugnasco canyon, during 3 hours, not only great natural slides and narrow gorges await you, but also fantastic jumps from up to 10 meters. There is even an abseil passage of 30 meters waiting for you. Experience impetuous waterfalls up close and jump into the cool water of the clear river.

Lunch break: picnic.

At lunchtime you can take a short rest and enjoy the fantastic nature with a small picnic with Ticino specialties. After that, the adventure continues with technical abseiling and pure adrenaline.

Return: by car at about 16:00.

You will finally leave the mystical environment of the valley and go back to the starting point by car

• Good physical condition is necessary
• Not suitable for people with back or joint problems
• Take off jewelry and do not wear cotton fabrics

The Cugnasco Gorge is especially known for its great rappelling spots. From up to 35 meters you can abseil here - and partly directly through the waterfalls.
