Do you like to race on your skis or snowboard over snowy slopes? Then this snowkite taster course is perfect for you. Here you will learn your first flight maneuvers and control techniques. At the end of the course you will be able to ride independently with the power of the wind on your skis or snowboard. The course takes place in the beautiful area of Davos, which is the perfect training area with its perfectly prepared slopes.

You can expect a 5-hour snowkite beginner course with professional instruction on the slopes of Davos!

Meeting point: Davos Tourism and Sports Center

At 08:00 am you will meet your snowkite instructor and the rest of the group in Davos. Afterwards you will drive to the most suitable snowkite location, depending on the weather conditions.

Preparation: Introduction and safety

Once there, you will first be introduced to the theory and learn how to set up the kite correctly. The safety system will also be explained to you, so that the course runs without any unpleasant surprises.

You will learn: Snowkiting

During the next hours you will learn how to snowkite. As soon as you have set up your kite and it is flying in the air, you will be taught first flight maneuvers and steering techniques. Thus, at the end of the taster course you can independently turn your first laps on the slopes.

Return journey: 13:00 Davos

At the end of the course you will make your way back to Davos with the rest of the group, from where you will depart individually.

• Wind conditions: for snowkiting 6-7 knots is ideal
• Snow conditions: for beginners not too much fresh snow is perfect.
