Beatenberg Paragliding Tandem from Interlaken

Experience a paragliding flight with a professional tandem pilot high above the Bernese Oberland. You take off from over 1000 m.a.s.l. from Beatenberg into the air. The beautiful area with clear blue lakes, snow-capped mountain peaks and the famous cities around will enchant you!

You can expect an approx. 75-minute paragliding experience with breathtaking views of Interlaken and its surroundings!

Meeting point: Interlaken train station.

Your personal tandem pilot will pick you up at the Interlaken train station. After a 20-minute bus ride you will reach the launch site at Beatenberg.

Preparation: Introduction and safety.

During the ride and at the launch site your guide will tell you interesting facts about paragliding and instruct you in safety and technique.

Activity: Paragliding.

Secured in a harness, you will take off from the launch site together with your pilot. During your flight you will enjoy the adrenaline rush and the breathtaking view.

Landing & return: Höhematte.

The landing takes place in the middle of Interlaken on the Höhematte. Here you will part ways and start your journey home. Since you land in the center of Interlaken, there are many return or food options available.

Practical Information:

• Minors need a declaration of consent from their parents
• You do not need any previous experience
• Wear sturdy running or sneakers
• Windproof and warm clothes are highly recommended at this altitude
• Do not forget sun protection and sunglasses!
• In case of bad weather conditions the flight can be cancelled or postponed

Since Interlaken offers ideal flying conditions all year round, you can also paraglide here all year round. Try it in summer as well as in winter and experience Switzerland in all seasons!
